The lists below show the main components that were purchased to make this project. Materials for building the device, such as aluminum, wood, screws, wires, soldering, shrink tubing, etc.,are not included, as they may vary according to the design of the device (which is not the focus of this project). Anyway, considering you spending around U$ 50.00 to buy these unlisted things, and also considering you have all the proper tools (electric drill, solder iron, saw, multimeter, etc.), the cost of this project would be around U$ 800,00. 

Motion Components

1) Ball Screw Linear Guide FUYU FSL40 with NEMA 23 Stepper Motor. Choose the guide length 200 mm. This costs approximately US $137.00.  

 

2) Driver for the Nema 23 Stepper Motor. This costs approximately US $54.00.

3) DC Power Supply for the Nema 23 Stepper Motor. This costs approximately US $55.00.

4) Photoelectric Light Control Optical Limit Switch. This costs approximately US $10.00 (comes with 6, but you only need 1!) 

Plumbing Components

1) Ambu bag set from Lightning X Products. This costs approximately US $25.00.

2) CPAP Tubing Hose 72". This costs approximately US $15.00.

4) In-line Bacteria Filter. This costs approximately US $9.00 (comes with 2, but for a proof-of-concept, only one is necessary)

3) AirLife Adjustable PEEP Valves with 22mm connection and 22mm Adapter. This costs approximately US $13.00.

4) Oxygen Enrichment Adapter (to be used as a connector to the pressure sensor). This costs approximately US $8.00.

Boards

1) Two Arduinos Mega 2560. This costs approximately US $40.00 x 2.

2) CanaKit Raspberry Pi 4 4GB Starter Kit - 4GB RAM. This costs approximately US $100.00

Control Panel Components

1) Rotary Encoders. This cost approximately US $9.00 (comes with 5, but only 3 are used).

2) OLED LCD Display. This costs approximately US $15.00 (comes with 2, but only one is used).

3) Momentary Mini Push Button Switch. This costs approximately US $6.00 (comes with 12, but only one is used!).

4) LEDs and 220ohm Resistors. This costs approximately US $7.00 (comes with 30 LEDs and 30 resistors, but only 2 of each are used!!!).

5) 10k ohms resistors. This costs approximately US $5.00 (comes with 10 pcs, but only one is used!!!!).

Measurement Components

1) Flow meter SFM3000 with evaluation kit. This costs approximately US $90.00.

2) Pressure Sensor MPX5010DP. This costs approximately US $20.00.

Miscelanea

1) Two Screw Terminal Block Modules for Arduino MEGA 2560 (recommended). This costs approximately US $32.00 x 2.
